Loved it at first
The media could not be loaded. At first I loved it. I’ve had this since MAY 9th and it is now July 16th! A little over two months and was amazing up until today the temp would rise and fall immediately not sure if temp is accurate at this point anymore... also just today the flat plate part just came apart. Like the weld wasn’t good enough just completely came apart... unsure where to go from here I am so sad/disappointed I mean 250 for 2 months of use... I don’t think that’s worth it.

Temperature keeps rising/double charged
Mine won’t stop rising in temperature even when you turn it off it’s still keeps rising in temperature now the bottom of the heating plate is burnt to smithereens. I also only ordered one of them and received two and got charged for two I’d like to return both of them as I am dissatisfied and deeply annoyed that I got charged for two of them, and the one I try to use cont hold temperature? It just keeps rising.... I need a refund please....

Missing component!! **Update-all parts recieved*
I finally unboxed my product only to find I was missing a piece. The picture from the website and instructions was not what I got in the box. How do I get the missing piece??*Update* Seller shipped the missing piece right away. No additional costs. Machine is smaller than I imagined but it will work for my projects.

Don't waste your time and money.
I was so excited to finally get a heat press to do sublimation and vinyl transfers, instead of having to use an easy press. When I unpacked the press, I had suspicions it had been unpacked previously, but wasn't positive. I watched the Youtube video for setting up the press. It was still difficult to distinguish whether I was entering time or temp. Ended up entering the temp amount for the timer, which is obviously way too long, and had to use the down arrow to go all the way back down from 300's to 60. Anyway, got the settings dialed in, and started on sublimating mine and my hubbies 4th of July shirts. My shirt turned out fine. Did hubbies on same settings, about 10 minutes later, and it burnt the crap out of his shirt. Luckily I had purchased an extra shirt, just in case. I turned the heat down by 100, cut the time in half, and waited about 15 minutes before pressing the second shirt. This time it burnt the shirt so bad, the area where the press was, literally burned a hole though the shirt. I had my electrician husband check to see if he could figure out what was going on. He wiggled the setting box, to check the connection, and it made sparks. At that point I said forget it, and unplugged it. So not only did I waste 2 shirts, I had to take time to go out and buy another shirt for the hubby. The worst part is, when I went to pack up the press for return, I noticed the underside of the foam layer had been burnt previously. Apparently, the company just flipped the foam over, and sent the press back out again.

Great heat press for the price
I got this on a lightening deal after watching the video on how to use it. It’s came really quick and I have used it to press several items! Great press for the price.

Sturdy and heats evenly
I have had this about 4 months and it has been great. I’ve used it for several shirts and totes. Heats up pretty quickly and seems to press evenly. Love that you don’t have to use a Teflon sheet with it. It’s heavy but that’s what you want with a press in my opinion to get good pressure. Opens and swings easily with the handle. Like the timer feature and has been easy to change temperature and time needed for each project. I have not used the mug press yet, but expect it to be as easy to use at the press

Heats up great and easy to use
The only problem I have with this is the legs are leaving black like rubber all over my table when I tried to position it, and they are not easy to get off.
