Q: I need assistance with timekeeping. My watch is loosing about 6seconds per day. Can it be adjusted?

The simple answer is no. My son owns one of the most expensive watches, but that doesn't keep perfect time. Perhaps it's to do with self-wind watches. I check my mobile occasionally and alter the time with the winder.

Q: it states water resistant can it be imersed in water ie washing/swimming etc

It is water resistant, not water proof.I keep it on for washing hands and washing up, cl;eaning car, etc. So it gets spashed regularly to no ill effects.Haven't tried doing anything much more than that. For example, I wouldn't try swimming with it on !
