So far I like this its affordable doesnt take too much space, easy to move and store. The wife and I can use this at the same time. The only draw backs are the cycling resistance is ok but wish it offered more resistance. As well had the casting for the cycle takes some getting used to. For the price I'm happy with the purchase the Ab slider puts a nice additional challenge which make up for the slightly uncomfortable seating for cycling. This can be easily solve by using a chair you already have.

I'm dissapointed with this excercices machine. It is advertised as a 3-excercise-in-1 machine, but it's really just 2 different excercises. You are simply able to performing the cycling excercise from two different positions. My biggest problem however is that adjusting the tensile strength has very little effect. I set the max tensile strength and I barely noticed a difference in resistence when cycling. Even at max tensile strength, there is not enough resistance for the workout to be effective. You would be much better offer getting a dedicated cycling machine (or just buy a real bike, which would cost less), and simply do sit-ups for your core workout. Honestly, I predict this machine will be an abandoned waste of space within a month's time.
