Feels comfortable and expensive when laying on it- not too hard or soft. I love this mattress so much and got so many compliments from family and friends who slept over.

With this being my first mattress purchase, I was concerned about buying one online, especially one with a small number of reviews. However, this was a great purchase. Having slept on this mattress for two months now, I'll review the things I was looking to know when buying online.DELIVERY: The mattress was delivered a couple of days ahead of schedule. We received a call when the driver was outside. He then delivered it to our apartment door.PACKAGING: The box is large and heavy - I would not recommend handling alone. A small plastic card with a blade is included to open the vacuum packaging without damaging the mattress. The mattress is rolled and vacuum packed. It took two of us (one pulling the mattress and one holding the box) to get the mattress out.INFLATION: Once the mattress was placed in position, we removed the packaging. Within seconds, the mattress was inflated. I would say it had inflated to around 9/9.5 inches immediately. By that evening (around 8-10 hours later, although I doubt it actually took this long), the mattress had inflated to a full 10 inches. It was even all over.FIRMNESS: The mattress is firm - which is what we were looking for. There is slight give in the memory foam. I expect that with years of wear this will soften up a bit. My wife and I both experience back pain (both joint disorders and muscle fatigue), but this is relieved by the mattress. (See photo.)COILS: The only time we are aware of the coils is when we change the sheets - you can feel them when tucking the sheet in. Having slept in pure memory foam beds for the last 15 years, we weren't sure if switching to a hybrid would feel different. It does not. If anything, the coils will likely prolong the life of the bed, since the mattress will be less prone to the sagging that can befall memory foam.TEMPERATURE: At first, we slept with this mattress directly on the floor, and it was very warm (I should note that we live in the South, so we were concerned about sleeping warm!). Once our bed frame arrived (a simple platform slatted base frame, no box spring), this was no longer a problem due to the circulation. We have not needed to purchase a cooling topper.MOTION TRANSFER: The motion transfer depends on your sleep partner. I cannot feel my wife turning or getting in or out of bed, but she sometimes can with me - I am heavier. This is not an issue for us, and was not a priority when we purchased the mattress.EDGE SUPPORT: The edge support is mostly good. There is some give, which is not an issue since we barely spend any time sitting on the edge of the bed. (See photo.)SLEEP POSITION: This mattress is comfortable for back and side sleepers.COVER: The cover is not removable. We have spot cleaned this mattress with stain remover, and just wiped off any excess product with a baby wipe, and this has been fine.WARRANTY: One of the more alluring points of this mattress was the 100 day warranty. Since this was our first mattress purchase - let alone online purchase - we were anxious about making the wrong decision. Knowing that we had 100 days to change our mind was a huge reassurance and part of the reason we chose the Coolvie.Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend.

1st night: mattress arrived early this morning,set up was a breeze, it popped up nicely. There was no noticeable odor, I let it sit all day. After a 7 mile hike on rugged terrain I was ready to try my new mattress. I find it very comfortable, I got a good night sleep. Know, that I have a temperpedic mattress and 2 regular mattresses and I always awoke with back pain. Today none of the nagging back pain.It's been a week: and I have been sleeping deeper and longer, the dog to.It's been a month: and I continue to sleep better than I have in a long time. Longer and deeper and I don't feel the dog 70 pounds jump on the bed in the middle of the night....now I just need to find a really comfortable pillow.I think this was a great value for the money. Firm but not hard...just enough give sleep comfortable on side or back.

The price was great but it is a bit firm for me (side sleeper). My wife thought it was comfortable but only tried it once. Bought it for a guest bedroom. Will be purchasing a 2-in memory foam mattress topper. Should be very comfortable with that and provides the option for different different comfort preferences. So far I'd say I'd still buy it again.

I purchased this full sized mattress for my guest room after reading reviews because the price was good. I didn’t see any reviews mention this but I find the mattress to be a little short. No other mattress I’ve slept on has seemed this short…maybe it didn’t expand all the way. I’m 5’2” and my toes are very close to the bottom, and my husband is 6’ and his feet hang to the bottom so he has to sleep sideways on it or pull up knees. It’s a little springy, currently have the mattress on the floor and would recommend getting a bed frame with slats so it doesn’t sag in the middle, or maybe a box spring. I think it’s a medium firmness…not too hard but a little softer than the Casper mattress in my main bedroom. Sometimes I can feel the springs too. Overall this is a really great mattress for a spare bedroom or teens/kids. Not sure how my back would feel on it every night, but do recommend.
