Hand Crafted Bread Lame with 5 Blades Included by Aeaker (Leather Protective Cover B)

I bought this bread lame back when I started getting into sourdough and artisan bread baking. Prior to using this lame, I would use the sharpest knife I had and would not get great results. This lame is so easy to use and helps me achieve an amazing score and ear on my artisan loaves! It cleans easily and comes in a convenient storage case. I've used the same blade for over 100 loaves of bread and haven't noticed it starting to get dull. Great find for all bread bakers!

This is the fourth lame I have bought and I finally found the one to keep. For me the straight blade makes it easier to consistently get a great "ear" on my sourdough breads, I like the way the handle fits in my hand. Sturdy and light at the same time. Great product!

Product was as expected. This product should have included instructions on how to safely attach the razor to handle. I also had to recognize on my own that you cut from corner edge of razor when making slice marks on top of bread dough as I had never used this item before.

The straight blade works much better than the curved blades on other lames. Curved blades grab the dough while the straight ones slice much more smoothly.

Excellent lame. I prefer this to the curved ones.

It needed more blade less product!Don't use,instead use a pair of scissors or a aharp knife!

The right angle of cut allows a lot of precision in the designs of cut in the bread, it is my favorite

I’ve been making sourdough bread at home, and use this to score my dough. It works ok. I prefer the curved ones, though.
