The heel is made of plastic.Would not recommend it for everyday use.But will be "bomb" if you're planning to wear it occasionally.Looks classy

I asked for 40 size I received 38 but it's still fine.. not worth of money as the quality of the cloth used on it is poor. Looks nice but still ,if you travel by train then it's of no use!!

Very poor quality
This is the worst product ever that I have purchased online.. On the first day that I wore the sandals both the soles came off.. So embarrassing..Please do not buy any shoe of this particular brand.. I feel I am being robbed.. Amazon should be careful of allowing such substandard quality of products being sold in their website.. Very very bad experience..
