Original Waitstaff Organizer-Waiter/Waitress Server Book-Pink

I have ordered many of these in various colors and I always get complimented on them and asked where I get them! I love love love this server book. It is shorter than an average check presenter, but will still fit a standard issue server paper pad. The zipper pouch is high quality and holds a fair amount of cash and change or whatever you want. I love all the different spots to stay organized and it has plenty of blank space to tape in notes about specials and whatnot if you do that. Overall love this organizer and will continue to buy them. Only thing is that they do wear out fairly quickly. I am on my third in two years. After just a few nights of work you will notice the leather will wear around the edges and I did have one book that the stitching in the zipper pouch gave out and had to be stapled. But if you don't mind a little wear around the edges it'll still hold up to any server job and it will keep you super organized.

I like this product I get tons of complements on it from my fellow servers. It's not made out of as tough material as I expected but all and all it's a good product. It allows me to stay organized at work. I would recommended this to any server

I love this organizer!!! i usually dont write reviews about anything but i came on especially for this. Its got 2 slits one for your pad and the other for cards and a zippered pouch and pen holder. Its a good quality and works great but it is a bit bigger than your average checkbook. I would defintley recommend you get this !!!

I looked for quite some time before purchasing two of these books (one black one for myself and one pink one for my friend). The product is awesome, it keeps us organized during service, the zipper pocket is just big enough for cash, a regular server pad fits in the space nice and tight so it doesn't wiggle all about - its a great product. However, PLEASE TAKE NOTE, the lighter colors get stained far too easily and the color on one of the corners of the pink book began rubbing off. If you have any issues with this company they reply in a rude and arrogant way making disgusting assumptions about us as the consumer. I really hope they grow their customer service department to deal with customer problems in a more respectful manner.In short, make sure that you're ordering a darker color, make sure that you have all of your ducks in a row before purchasing anything from this company, because once they have your money it is incredibly difficult to get it back! Beware!

This book is cute and had all the organization a server could want but I would expect something made for servers to be sturdier. The pockets on the inside of my book started to tear within 2 weeks. I stapled it back together but now I can't use that pocket. Besides that, the book has been great but I doubt it'll last more than 6 months.

I never leave bad comments. But the people at THW are extremely rude! My address was incorrect, i understand. But i ordered an item with the organizer and it, getting sent to the wrong address, came back to me in a matter of a week. They sent me an apology and i will definatly order from them again. THW on the other hand sent me this rude email saying that they cannot send it to me now or give me my money back. They may have great products, but i wouldnt even know. So i give it a one star because there is no way i can give it more negative that that.

I absolutely love the Waitstaff organizer. It has two pockets, a slit to hold your cash, another slit to hold your order pad, a pen holder, and a zippered pouch for your change. It is a bit bigger than your average server book but all the perks make up for its size. In this case bigger is better.

I like the book very much. The only thing I would change would be to maybe add a money clip or something. I carry my own bank in a very busy restaurant and its hard to get the money in and out securely in a hurry. Overall, though, I'm happy with it. Its more durable and a heck of a lot cuter than those credit card company books
