Excellent book.
I need structure in my life and this book does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the break down! I highly recommend for someone who is just starting out this book will help you understand the whole process.

DASH Diet Excellent guidebook. I have read lots of books its one of the best. This book step by step guide was very helpful for a diet plan. This book I like because delicious meal plans that was carefully created for you to get your health back. This book not only help you lose weight but also to manage the mental challenges that come with stressing over losing weight and give a healthy lifestyle. Every meal contains a picture! Well done! I bought this as a gift for a friend that is just getting started with the Dash Diet. This book is perfect to get you started and the recipes are easy, and you'll have delicious meals with very little effort.

Great book
This is an excellent diet book.From this book you will find lots of healthy,yummy and delicious recipes which will help you to lose your weight and lead a healthy life.I hope you must find this book useful. This book is great! Everything I have made has taken about 30 minutes, with most ingredients I have in the house. And, each recipe tasted great - even my husband loves the food. I highly recommend this book.

This book is very well written by the author and i highly recommend this book to all of you guys. Dash Diet is the best diet, if you have problems with pressure or if you want weight loss. It is very good that the recipes that are in this cookbook, you can cook in an instant pot. All these recipes are incredibly easy to make at home and they all tasty unbelievable.

Amazing book
It was a great introduction to the diet. I have been using this as a guide for eating for the last 2 months. It is fairly simple, easy to incorporate and allows options. The author does a good job of giving you all the information without overloading you or going way too in-depth. Perfect recipes!
