I thought the bars were surprisingly tasty and I definitely had an increase in supply each day I ate one, but they are pretty pricey for only 6 bars. It's not really a sustainable way to maintain an increase in milk supply.

I don't really care for the taste or texture of these. But I've been eating one a day since I got them and their helping. I was barely getting an ounce when I pumped and it has started to increase ever since I got these. I'm also snacking on some lactation cookies and idk if they were really working since I did get them first but I really like them. Also have tried a berry mix drink that doesn't taste to great either but for some reason it makes me thirsty and since I have difficulty staying hydrated because I drink only when I'm thirsty it really helps with that.

Tastes like stale birdseed and cardboard. It is so dry. I have had plenty of lactation treats, these are not only the most expensive but the most disgusting. Not worth the money. You can bake a whole batch of lactation treats that are effective and taste better for the price of this.

I like these bars a lot. I keep one in my diaper bag for hungry times. They all taste good, they are like dense meal bars. They are a little messy, but worth it to leave our artificial agents to gel them together. My only complaint is the wrapper is not easy to open, but that’s no biggie. Maple is my favorite!

The product does what it says, and is a perfect snack for breastfeeding moms. I also found it very convenient because it easily goes in diaper bags and you can eat it with one hand. You becomes acquired to the taste and texture. Would definitely recommend.

Love the taste, but very hard to get packaging open without scissors.

This is absolutely the worst cookies I’ve ever tried. The flavor is horrible. Do not please do not waste your money. It’s a scam and then you can’t even return them. I feel robbed. Not worth the money. I agree with all the other moms there are far better lactation cookies out there that actually work and taste great. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I LOVE these bars. I’ve repurchased the 36-count pack several times. I truly believe these bars are the reason why my supply is so well-established. The flavor is a little “meh” at first, but I got used to them over time and now I love the taste. I honestly recommend these bars to any nursing mom.
