Q: Can you bake on these wafers like Back Oblaten wafers from Germany?

I don’t think do. I use mine to take an herbal powder. They are very thin and begin to disolve as soon as they get wet.

Q: Can you put liquid in them as well?

No. Liquid dissolves the oblate discs. You can lick it to seal whatever you're putting in the disc but it cannot hold liquid ingredients.
