Glad everyone else seems to like this...
I am beyond confused at all the high reviews for this. I had previously been using a different brand (Anthony's 5 lb bag, also purchased from amazon). I saw the high reviews for this and thought I would try it since I didn't feel like purchasing a huge 5 lb bag again. I had enough of my Anthony's coconut flour to make a batch of zucchini bread and then also made another batch using this coconut flour. The first batch turned out beautiful, as usual, but the second batch was a disaster. I could tell right away that something might not turn out well. My batter had little flecks in it and seemed grainy. My other bread was done but I had to keep checking and checking the batch I made with this flour - it never set up. It was just funky and almost mushy. No idea how other people aren't complaining about this. I am returning it a.s.a.p and will never recommend this brand to anyone.

Good, but not my favorite
This worked pretty well while it lasted. I did find things I made were a bit dry, and I do know that cocnut flour absorbs a lot of liquid. I did find another brand that did not seem quite as dry.

Good product, price a little high
It's very good, but I found a very similar product at a fraction of the cost at Sam's Club the week after I received it. Three pounds will take me into next year, I've got to watch my fat intake...
