Very easy to install. It doesn’t match the image on the description for the product I would have rather had the outside stainless like it shows but I guess it’s fine. It does take a 20amp plug not the standard outlet but you can easily change a standard outlet to one.

In order for the outlet to come up you literally need to get up on the counter and press down on it so hard that you almost feel like you are breaking it... Doesn't make sense to me why you would need to press this hard to get the outlet to pop up...

Installed this device in the kitchen island. Was a little unsure about having a permanent hole cut in the new granite but it has such a nice clean look to it up or down. It gave the kitchen an extra element of elegance.

Great product. Meets the description. Ended up not using it though because it didn't fit the space we needed it for. Make sure to measure depth and space before getting this.

I love having a charger that’s installed right in the countertop. I wish it had more charging ports and electrical outlets.
