This works ok. The volume level drops when I do use it.

Cant use it for 2 mics in. I tried and I got a horrible scratchy sound with the mics.

I've been looking forever for a splitter that will work with two iphone 6-style headphones (has the control band on the jack as well). These work great, we use them all the time now. If you're looking for a splitter that will work with iphone 6-style headphones, this is it.
