WE GOT THE CART IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF THIME, PUTTING IT TOGETHER WAS PRETTY EASY, BUT THATS ABOUT WHERE IT GOT A LITTLE CONFUSING AS TO WHAT WAS THE CORRECT ADJUSTMENT WAS IT FITTING CORRECTLY WAS IT TO BIG OR TO SMALL NO WAY TO REALLY TELL, I THINK THE WHEELS ARE A LITTLE TO SMALL ALSO.THERE SHOULD BE A HOW TO VIDEO TO SHOW YOU HOW TO FIT IT TO YOUR DOG, I DID COMMUNICATE WITH AMY AT HUGGIE CART AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, AFTER SENDING A FEW PHOTOS OF OR DOG IN THE CART. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND MY DOG HATES IT SHE SEES IT COMING AND TRIES TO HIDE OR ROLL UP INTO A BALL SO I CANT GET HER IN IT WITHOUT HELP. IF THEY JUST HAD BETTER VIDEO WOULD PROBABLY HELP MORE THAN ANYTHING, THE GUY IN THE VIDEO THEY GAVE ME TO WATCH WASNT VERY GOOD IN EXPLANING THINGS.

Not too happy
A little unpleased esp the fact that it's stressful enough having a disabled pet. Very confusing assembly no directions whatsoever very hard took me a week to even figure out how to strap my dog. The front of the chair where the harness goes slips my dog falls out. Not sure if it's durable as he won't use it and it takes 2 ppl to strap him in. Not user friendly and have to refer to pics online as it came w nothing but the pieces. Hoping it's going to help my poor puppy walk..

It works great. One or two days using it and she can go 4 or 5 days without. Arthritis in her front legs caused her to circle, but tightening one wheel helped straighten her out. its going to be a good summer for the old girl, 17 in July. Thanks to everyone

Pretty easy to figure out how it works
Pretty easy to figure out how it works, especially with the videos provided online.Works very well but our dog doesn't really like it because he likes laying down too much and won't stay in it for too long. Great product for the price though. We made the purchase knowing full well our dog might be too lazy for it, and he still lets us strap him in from time to time.

horrible product
You have to get the poor disabled dog to step into the front. A single extra clasp would have made it much easier. Then the set screws that hold the wheel height constantly vibrate loose and the wheels drop down while the dog is in it and cause the dog to fall over. Really??
