** First Impressions **● The steamer came packed in a standard thick paper box and it contained the steam generator base, facial sauna mask, nasal inhaler, measuring cup and a user manual● The base is white in colour and all the attachments are in blue● There is a steam control switch with three levels and a power indicator led below the switch● Both the facial mask and nasal inhaler have got aroma trays at its base● The water heater container is made in steel and everything else is plastic. The quality of plastic is good and it looks and feel premium● The measuring jar is calibrated at 30ml, 40ml and 50ml● All the plastic parts have got PP label which means it is polyproylene that has got reasonably good heat tolerance, very resistant to absorbing moisture and is known to not react with most chemicals & acids● The power cord is more than a meter in length is of good quality● Overall, the device impressed me in its quality and I would say it looks premium** Usage & Performance **● Unlike other vaporizers, there is no need to open the jar to fill water. The maximum capacity of water container is 50ml; use the measuring jar to fill water● Infuse essential oil, decongestors or cold relievers onto a piece of cotton and place it inside the aroma tray of facial mask or nose inhaler● Twist lock the facial mask, power on the steamer and the unit will be ready for use in less than three to four minutes● Incase if you want to quickly reduce the steam, there is a tiny liver at the base of the mask attachment that will let the steam escape before it reaches your face● There are exhale outlets that helps your exhale air to escape the unit● The facial mask fits well and snugs your face. It is very comfortable and convenient as well where your lower jaw rests at the lower side and temple at the other side of the mask. There is no room for the steam to escape and there is no need for the uncomfortable cloth cover over your head● The nose inhaler has a removable base through which you access the aroma tray. Nose inhaler can be used to inhale via nose as well as through your mouth● If you need more steam, turn the steam control knob to setting '2'● The heating elements are not exposed and does not get wet as well. The element heats up the steel container which in turn heats up the water. So, there is no risk of electric shock and is very safe● Since water does not get in contact with plastic parts, there is no fear of melted plastic or any toxic chemicals getting inhaled● The volume of the water container is more than enough for around 10 minutes of operation and this ensures very less water is wasted● If water dries out, the unit turns off shortly preventing dry run● Cleaning the unit is very easy. Simply tilt the base to pur out remaining water. The water container can be cleaning using soap and water if required. To clean the facial and nose attachment, use soap and clean with your hand. I suspect it may catch scratches if you use cleaning scrubbers** I don't like this **● Eventhough the User Manual has pictures on how to use it, it did not help me. It took me a long time to figure out which part goes in where to assemble the unit for use. A good user manual is very important when the operation of a device is very different from what we are used to** Summary **● This inhaler is very different from the regular steamers availabe in the market- There is no need to dismantle the jar to fill water- Heating elements are not exposed to water- Water boils in steel container, not in plastic- Essential oils, decongestors, cold releivers, etc. are not mixed into water- No need to use cloth cover over the head● I now spend less lime in setting up for use & in cleaning it and I am very happy with this purchase● I paid Rs.1478 in Oct-17. This is more than four to five times the price of regular steamers and I think this is overpriced● I rate FOUR stars; one star off on the poor user manual and on the price factor

1) Physical:-The product looks beautiful with vibrant color as shown in the images.- The stainless steel bowl of the main unit seems to have been coated with a heavy alloy.- The power cord and plug seems to have been made of good material and shock proof.- The steam/temperature controller knob could have been smoother as it feels hard to operate it. I have to hold the main unit with one hand and then turn the butto with mild force. So the manufacturer can improve on that part making the knob freely rotating.- The plastic material of the main unit and the attachments seems durable and heat-resistant.- Face mask and nose cap are made to fit any size so no issue with the measurements.- All the attachments fit well into the main unit and detach without any hassle.2) Performance:- It is easy to assemble it after looking at the pictures in user manual and also by the careful looks of the attachments.- The unit took about 2-3 minutes to start generating steam on Mode 1 itself.- You feel mild,soothing steam on the face while using face mask so it won't burn the skin. Adjustment filter has been attached to control flow and amount of the steam. After 5-7 minutes face starts to perspirate which indicates opening of pores on the skin and elimination of waste along with sweat. The effect lasts for half an hour even after discontinuing use. The face clearly shows glow after use.- Although using nose cap,steam felt a bit stronger than the face mask as it was unbearable to inhale for more than 3-5 seconds and I had to discontinue it for a second or so and then continue for a couple of seconds. So while using it for respiratory problems,keep steam on mode 1 and inhale steam intermittently. If you know where sinuses are located on face then you can clearly feel the steam flowing through this areas underneath the skin.- Aroma tray is to be used with nose cap. Only 1-2 drops of an essential oil would be enough. Use natural cotton,not synthetic one as natural cotton soaks oil evenly and doesn't absorb heat unlike synthetic cotton. So steam can easily pass through natural cotton along with aroma.- It generated steam at a steady rate for 15-20 minutes on mode 1 that is sufficient for either purpose.- After using it for nose & sinus purpose I could clearly feel difference in clarity of the nasal passage and sense of smell.3) Cleaning- It is easy to dissamble,too.- Just wait for the unit to cool down,dissamble the attachments and wipe them with clean cotton or microfiber cloth.- Let the unit dry in a shadowed place and pack it well to prevent dust getting into it.I enjoyed using this product.- Only concern apart from the stubborn knob is,that Newnik hasn't thought about storage of this product. You have to wrap the unit and attachments in the plastic bags and put them in the box provide with the product. A more durable fabric bag or a plastic box for storage would have made this product 100% complete.- And it could have been a bit economical by 200-300 rupees,I presume!

When used it first, I was confused whether it is working or not, because it took some time for the process, but once the steam came, everything felt good. It is good that it has a nasal steam inhaler as well, hence easy to use, safe and more effective.Capacity looks small, but is lot more than enough. There is no overheating as well. Overall the product looks good.

Very nice product .Have been using it for more than two yrs.Not even a single complain of any malfunction.Its my second time purchase.A bit expensive but worth every single penny.When it comes to vaporiser Newnik is the Best.

I have been using this Vaporizer for more than 5 years without any issue. It is durable, easy to use and smell free. Best feature that I liked is there is wastage of water and it's auto cut off function. I have left it running multiple times and have forget but it keeps functioning same as new every time.
