Perfect with dresses
I’m 5’6”, and 165lbs. I bought a large and it fits perfectly. It’s comfortable and smoothes in all the right places. I bought it to wear under dresses for a wedding and rehearsal dinner. My dresses fabrics are light and flowy and this smoother is perfect under them. I cannot speak about how this would look under a bodycon type dress. I love how the straps are at a slight angle as they help push my girls to the forefront. I originally wanted the smoother with shorts but realized the whole thing would have to be removed to use the restroom. This bodysuit is the best alternative I found. I highly recommend. It’s perfect!

Great shapewear
I had been using the Spanx higher power brief for a couple months. I have had four kids and needed something that just smoothed out my middle area. I have a very large bust and no butt plus I'm only 5ft 3in so I'm a little on the short side. The Spanx looked great but I felt like I couldn't breathe at all. It was also difficult to use the bathroom while wearing it. Not to mention that I felt like it was always going to fall down and was afraid my bra line/top of the brief line was going to show through my shirts. This Flexees Wear Your Own Bra romper is wonderful. I spend quite a bit of money on really good supportive bras so I'm glad I can easily wear them with this. The fabric is much softer and the straps are very comfortable. No digging into the shoulder and they don't show through on shirts. I weight 160 lbs and ordered the XXL according the the measurement chart. I'm happy with the fit and support though I might be able to go to an XL if I really wanted mega support. I'd rather get a more smoothing fit and be able to breathe than mega support and feel there is an elephant sitting on my chest. When I say smoothing I mean smoothing out of those lovely rolls. My waist appears to look very flat. It's certainly comfortable enought that I could wear it everyday and feel like I wasn't torturing myself.I ordered this in black since my Spanx was the nude color. After trying on the new Flexees and wearing it for one hour or so, I came right back to Amazon to order it in nude as well. Also I would like to add that I'm a pretty thrifty shopper so for me to spend this much money on a product twice- I think that speaks for itself. Love this product.I will update this review after I've worn it with light color to see if it shows through or not.

Many positive thoughts!
I had a tummy tuck about six weeks ago and I am supposed to be wearing my own compression garments now. After looking at several items on Amazon I decided to go with this one due to the reviews.Just a couple of things to note… If you want true compression that is not suffocating, however is very snug and pulls you very tight together, you will need to go one size lower than you think you need. You may feel like you’re stuffing a turkey at first, but within a few minutes the compression will feel so good and will not affect your breathing whatsoever. It comes with a three hook clasp in the crotch area. You’ll eventually figure out how to unsnap all three at one time very quickly the same as you learned how to clasp your bra when you were younger. If I wake up in bed with the sudden urgency to go to the bathroom, I simply unclasp very quickly in bed and by the time I get to the restroom I can roll up the compression wrap and be ready. The fabric feels extremely sturdy, even better than what my surgeon gave me, and is designed to be tugged on. It’s also silky smooth and not scratchy against your skin at all. I’m a Floridian and it keeps me cool by not stifling any heat as well. The one thing I would like to be different are a choice of more narrow shoulder straps. But perhaps that would Defeat the entire design of this compression wrap. I am still very comfortable wearing the black one under a black tank top. It does not look bad. And be sure to get a nude/beige color one To wear under light colored clothing.Highly recommend! Go for it!

Not as firm as I'd like, but pretty good **Fits Perfectly-see update**
** UPDATE **After I wrote the review below, I ended up finding this in my local Walmart in a size Small. What a difference! It's very firm and holds everything in, and smooths me out. I wore it under a form fitting dress to a Christmas party the other day and I looked great in it - felt very confident that my bumps and bulges were well hidden. So if you have small hips, a defined waist but belly fat, weigh between 130-150 lbs and aren't much taller than 5'7, small will fit perfectly and give you the control you want but still allow you to breathe! Photos added soon!Very comfortable but doesn't really squeeze a lot. It mostly just smooths out the bumps and lumps. But I think I bought this is too big of a size to give me that tight "I can't breathe but I don't care because I look amazing" control I was hoping for.I'm 5'7 and 135 lbs but have belly fat from having children and no exercise. I typically wear a size 4/6 in pants and skirts and a Medium in tops. I bought this in a size Medium. I'm wondering if I should have gone for a Small instead, to get that extra control. However, at the end of the day, I've noticed that I am getting dents in my shoulder from this pulling down on it. I don't think it has anything to do with the size but more the length of my torso and no shapers like these account for long or short torsos in their sizing.I still wear this every day and it does make me look smoother. I wear mine with underwear to keep it clean. For potty time, I just pull everything to the side, do what nature requires, wipe and let it slip back into place. No fuss/no muss. Have the toilet paper in your dominant hand though.I like that I can wear my own bra because the makers of stuff like this have never been smart enough to realize that just because you're a size 4 doesn't mean you wear an A cup. Lots of us wear C, D and even DD. But with this style, you wear your own bra and it's no longer an issue. This is in no way pretty. It looks matronly or like some sort of medical device. But it does what I want, for the most part, and that means I'm pretty much satisfied. Again, I wish it were firmer.
