Truly a quality fiber product......everything else sold is just rubbish. Don't buy drug store, health food store or grocery store fiber because none of it made as well as this brand. It also comes in loose powder form for mixing with a protein drink. Just take 6 capsules 20 minutes before eating any meal (usually 2-3 times per day), and you won't have to worry about your next colonoscopy!!

Doesn’t seem to work like it used to, wondering if they changed to formula, or if its a Chinese counterfeit.
