Alphabet Under Construction

This is a fun & different way for learning the ABC's. It arrived at my door in perfect condition & before the promised date. Highly recommend this book!

The book is cute but it's a very, very simple story line. 4 stars for the book and zero stars for the seller. I purchased my book from Discover Books "used - good condition." It was far from good condition. As soon as the book was opened half of the pages fell out of the book. There's also some kind of purple discoloration on the front and back cover, four dot discolorations on the back page and crinkles on the bottom of the pages. I unfortunately purchased this back in December and tucked it away for my sons birthday, which was yesterday. So I am unable to return it. Lesson learned, always thoroughly inspect books. Very disappointed and my son was devastated.

The idea behind this book is awesome for ABCs. Some of the illustrations were difficult for a younger child to decipher overall happy with it!

I love this book. Ive been reading it to my 2 year old for awhile. At first she just loved the pictures, but recently, I've started pausing before the letters so she can say the letters with me. I love doing this with her, it's a great way for her to work on learning the alphabet.

My son is obsessed with the alphabet at 2 years old. This was the first present he opened from Santa on Christmas morning and it is now January 4th and he still goes to bed with it. His sister had to open the rest of his presents because this book was all he wanted. It is cute and clever and is helping with his spelling..yes I know how crazy that sounds when talking about a two year old.

My 3 year old had this memorized after about 5 times! He loves to "read" this book. Meaning he is only 3 so he really not reading but it's simple enough for him to memorize it after a few readings. He loves the mice and the pictures are nice. He now "reads" it to his little sister which is awesome!

Used in my prek classroom. Works well.

My twins beg for me to read them this book. They love their alphabet and this gives them something other than the typical ABC book. They love to tell me what the mouse is doing to each letter and I love that it's a nice change from Alligator, Bumblebee and Cat.

とにかく、絵が鮮やかでかわいいのが魅力です。内容は、A mouse airbrushes Aとか、dyes Dのように、動詞の頭とアルファベットを一致させた文で、アルファベットを紹介していくものです。挿絵には、ねずみが文の作業をしている様子が描かれています。英語の教材として使えるかどうかは、その人のアイディア次第だと思いますが、持っていたらなにかの役に立つかもしれないと思います。付録として、挿絵と同じ絵の、アルファベットのウォールチャートが付いているのもいいです。
