I have a number of rugs in my kitchen and hallway which slip on the wood flooring and thought I'd try this. I've tried lots of different options but this one looked a little different. The tape is thicker, I'd say about 30mm, and clear. I was concerned it would raise the mats once put down, but it doesn't at all. I have to say this is excellent! I've used it on a woven backed mat, a rubber backed one, and against wood slats and ceramic tiles and it keeps the mats firmly in place! Even when vacuuming the front door mat, which is amazing really as I have a powerful vacuum. 2 boisterous children running in with wellies hasn't even managed to get them up. I was a little concerned due to the effectiveness of the tape that it would actually mark the wood floor, but with a little bit of washing up liquid it's all good. One word of cation though - depending on the backing of the mat you're using it can take a little of it away. One of my mats is a soft rubber and it pulled the backing a little - washed off of the tape under water but bear in mind if you'r particularly precious about the mat.

This tape is a must for any household. I bought some for my caravan as space is minimal and I need to hang a few things in little places. I didn't want to damage the walls with hooks and screws and this does the job perfectly.It also will peel off if you stretch and pull at the same time and leaves no marks at all. It CAN be used again as I was a bit dubious of this claim but it is very strong.It is quite thick as my picture show but this emphasises the durability.There are many uses for this tape and is a useful addition to any toolbox.I have a slippy carpet and it now stays in place thanks to this clever stuff!

A bit hard to get off the wall,not much needed

This stuff is brilliant, it sticks tiles to walIs put pictures up on a tiled wall in a steamy bathroom,, I have used on brick, tiles, wood, wood chip, and it doesn't budgeBut easy to take of, it's amazing stuff.My husband has waited for the pictures to fall off the bathroom wall, they haven't for months, put enamel signs on shed, they haven't budged. And leaves no markAmazing stuff.

Had high hopes, in some situations it works well i.e. holding a number plate on a car. When using to stick an extension lead to a wall instead of drilling it, not so good. I guess it's all about "load" i.e. don't expect this to hold up anything that is lightweight

This product looked fantastic in the many adverts I have seen for it. The reviews were all positive too. Pack of lies!!! Shame that I first tried this on one of my pictures that then dropped on the floor. Quite the shock it gave us all. Ruined. Will cost a fortune to have reframed. The advert shows it holding bricks in place. It doesn't wash and is not reusable. I cannot get the tape off the frame!!!!!! Waste of money. Steer clear!!!!!!!

We've used this to stick 4-way electrical extensions and cable loops in discreet places to help with home working during lockdown. It's easy to use (once you get the backing off), very clear, and easily supports the weight of a 4-way block with all 4 sockets filled, including two quite hefty adapter bricks. It sticks happily to wood, melamine and painted metal. Grand stuff.

Whilst the packaging is a bit of a nuisance, due to the edges of the tape also being sticky, overall this product did exactly what I required of it. That is to say I was able to attach a smoke alarm and a PIR to the vertical surfaces inside my Campervan.

I really like this product. It sticks very intensely to whatever you place on it. The only thing that it didn't keep in place was a battery pack that I was trying to stick to the underside of a chair. The dusty particles and possibly the pores of the compressed board may have had a hand in its unsticking. So make sure the surface is clean and smooth...but other than that everything else stuck tuff!

I won't buy this item again it's not great for hanging semi-heavy decor as it promises. It does remove easily though.
