Item arrived quickly and in perfect condition although my truck was blue instead of pink. Definitely hobby grade. It's heavy duty and the electrical system is waterproof. I would recommend this product and seller to everyone. Thank you!!

Seems like it would be a lot of fun to use ...
Item purchased for family member that is an adult. Item came on time, well packaged and it seems to run well. Having said that, it took a bit of time to figure out how to turn the thing on. No information on how to maintain or properly use the item. No information on where to get parts if needed. Contacted company and have not heard from them as yet. No customer service contact information in "use" booklet other than an email address or postal address in Barcelona Spain. Use booklet is in many languages, is vague in its information. The information sent makes this item appear as if it is a "throw away (disposable) model" item once it quits working. No information on acceptable places to use it. Seems like it would be a lot of fun to use but I need to be able to repair it, obtain batteries, parts etc. Life of battery is only 15 minutes tops. Considering returning as I am not getting information or response from company.
