Arrived Broken, very cheap and very thin glass
This item arrived broken around the neck coming out of the bowl where the stem fits. Broken glass everywhere. Not packed securely at all, everything inside the boxes were loose and free to move around. The glass itself is very thin, measuring only 1.25mm thick on the pieces that broke off. My advice is to spend a little more and get a MUCH better quality "water bottle".Amazon issued a refund and advised me to throw away the broken glass, so at least I don't have to hassle with returning broken glass.
