Q: Are any of the colors natural, or are they all dyed to a specific color?

I am actually not sure about that - I believe they are all dyed - but I will have to check/ they are all cleaned and processed - but the natural may be undyed

Q: How marry would I need to knit sweater?

each ball is only 33 yds. A medium sweater pattern I have calls for approx 1,150 yds which requires 33-34 balls
