Michael PartCristiano Ronaldo: The Rise of a Winner (Soccer Stars Series)

I’m bought this for my 8 year old grandson. I thought there would be a few pictures in the book, but there were not. Still a good read for him though.

Approachable text great for early readers.

My son loves this book

Our 7-year-old LOVES CR and really enjoyed having this book read to him. It’s written in a fun way that humanizes the soccer star and makes children giggle. It discusses CR’s father and brother’s issues with alcoholism and going to rehab. For the age of audiences here, I think the author should have been more vague. While I understand they may be true and important part of CR’s story, it’s just a little confusing and mature for younger kids. As I was reading this aloud, I was able to change the wording as we went but that was awkward and times and I’d rather have not had to do it.

I got this for my 10 year old for his birthday. Great biography for kids. Teaches them the power of hard work and dedication. He got through it just a couple of days! He couldn't put it down!

I have to say my 10 and 8 years old boys. As soon as the book arrived. My older one started to read it right of way. I ask my son what you like about the book, he said . It give you details information about Ronaldo's life that he didn't knew. . Easy to understand and Well vocabulary. And every chapter is interesting. It makes you want to keep reading.I wish the writer can make more books about other soccer players..I would get them all..for my boys. I am glad I bought two more..Keep up the good work.

My son had a book report at school and chose this book. He really enjoyed it and said he couldn't put it down. He said if you love soccer and are a CR7 fan then this book is for you. My son is 12 and is a huge Cristiano Ronaldo fan. He said it gives a lot of good info about CR.

A little too cheesy for me. Still interesting but I'm sure I can find a better book to learn about my favorite footy player.

I bought it because reading the comments i thought that it is also a good book for an adult to read. I finally think that it is more shit for kids and teen.

A fantastic book. My seven year old has thoroughly enjoyed me reading him this. There are no photos or illustrator actions, which put us off a little bit at first, but the narrative was written extremely well and we were engaged in the story very quickly. The text is accessible, font size is good, but there are lots of Portuguese names and places so I read it to him. I have now ordered the other books in this series.

I think this is the best book ever and it tells you every single detail of ronaldo's childhood and life. I recommend it to everyone who can read.
