Works exactly as described. I used to use an Echo, but it was hard to get Amazon to just play something at a consistent steady volume. White noise doesn’t work when the volume is changing every few minutes. The nature sounds are nice I like the birds sounds. So some might not like that as much. I don’t seem to like any of the fake fan sounds I’ve heard. This is similar to the others, but that sound just isn’t for me. It des get fairly loud, but it tops out before it gets crazy. I like that so my kids can’t play around with it too much. It would be easy to learn with limited sight. The buttons are spaced nicely, the timer starts automatically and when off the power button glows red. The only drawback is that it only comes with a USB cable no power adapter. I’m sure many are like me and have the little converters laying around now, but I did not see that when I ordered.

This was going to be for the baby's room, but after trying it out myself I'm going to have to get another one because I can't let it go! The sound quality is really good, so much better than asking Echo Dot to play white noise, or brown noise, or any ambient sound. That big speaker really makes a huge difference. I also love how there are multiple levels of "white noise" because I find traditional white noise grating, I like more in the range of what is called brown noise. This one has tone ranges from super low to super high. It also has a range of fan sounds and various nature sounds, rain, etc and the heartbeat for infants (which also sounds super good by the way). I ran it on battery one night and it went at least 8 hours, I didn't let it run until it died though, it could have gone longer. I'm very happy with this noise machine!

I mostly like this device. It produces better quality sound than the phone apps I had used previously. What I most dislike about it is the fact that you have to hold down the power button for an oddly long time in order for it to actually turn on. It's easy to accidentally let go too soon, in which case the time you just spent (for no clear reason other than arbitrary design) is now wasted and you have to try again. I find this weirdly user-hostile and I don't understand what the problem is with letting me just press the button and move on with my life in order to activate it, or what the point is in requiring this extended confirmation just to turn the thing on.

I love this! I mostly use the rain and thunder and ocean,but all of the sounds are of great quality. This has saved me and my son from someone who lives in the same house who plays video games all hours of the night and has no idea what an inside voice it.Even when we move I will still keep using this though. I’m now wondering why I waited so long to get one of these. It’s seriously helped my sleep and is so relaxing to hear when I wake up in the middle of the night like I often do. I drift back to sleep much faster now.

This is the first white noise machine purchased so I don’t have any other for comparison purpose; with that in mind, I am very happy with my purchase. The machine is small (allowing for easy packing on a trip), has multiple options for noise choices, all of which are very soothing. The machine is easy to operate, even for those of us who may be technologically deficient! Satisfied on every level!

The Koviti sound machine is awesome with an amazing 24 different sounds to choose from my favorite is thunderstorms! It even offers fetal sounds to soothe baby. It has a 30-60 or 90 minute sleep timer function, so no worry about turning it off unless you choose to play it continuously. It also has a built in memory, it remembers your last settings, sound, volume and light. It is also very compact so it takes up very little space on your night table or it is portable, move easily from room to room or pack in a suitcase to take on your trip. All in all a great little machine, very impressive. I would recommend this product to everyone.

This noise machine is ok. I would give it more stars if it would stay on longer. I didn't realize it didn't have the option to stay on through the night. Defeats the purpose when it goes off within such a short period of time and doesn't have options to stay on longer.

I have bought probably 3 other sound machines before and the biggest problem is none of them ever get loud enough. This one does! There's a lot of different noises that I'll use for my daughters room so my 1 and 5 year old can share a bedroom without waking eachother up. Mostly the trickling creek but occassionally the crickets chirping. There's even a few white noise selections I'd like to use myself. Probably one of the nicest options I didn't buy it for is you can plug it in or it holds a charge for 7ish hours of play.
