It works. I do wish it had some type of removable, round separater from the two ends since it does come apart at both ends.

I brought a couple joints to the beach the day after I got this. I then spilled and entire bottle of water on the container when I was at the beach.The Precious cargo was intact and dry as a bone. Party on people. It also fits a clipper lighter.
