HOMARNo Tie Shoelaces for Kids Adults Stretch Elastic Tieless No Tie Shoe Laces

My grandson wanted some shoes that you had to tie - but due to disabilities he is unable to do that. We tried the curly laces first because that is what was available at the store, but he had a hard time getting his shoes on himself because the curly laces were too tight. My daughter put these in his shoes - she said the first couple were hard to get in but once she got the hang of it, it was easy. She discovered that one of his feet is bigger than the other and had to use different sizes of the laces on each shoe. It was great that there were so many different sizes to choose from so she could adjust to make each shoe fit comfortably. My grandson loves them and can put his shoes on by himself - and the shoes stay on his feet.

Pretty simple and straight forward. Silicone laces. They work well in many kinds of shoes. I wouldn't try and put them in work boots or anything, but for tennis shoes, they are awesome! My kids love them for sliding on their shoes. I love them as well for all my shoes! Really easy to put on, and I have never had any tear or brake, ever! Good quality, good price. 5/5 stars!!!

These really didnt have a stretch to them, they worked great for the "no tie" option, but it made putting on the vans a bit harder.

Thanks to all reviewers comments I bought this brand. With very limited fine motor skills I was able to fairly easily get these installed on a pair of mens Nike running shoes with TINY non grommet eye holes with ONLY a Bobby Pin i had bought a pack from the $1.25 Dollar Store! Yes, it wasn’t too difficult and I only had lost 1 victim! Mistake I made was going from the narrow end of cardboard down to widest part of rubber laces to put on the shoe as it seemed like a match when I held it against the shoe. NO, so I had to carefully work them loose and start with the WIDEST part of the cardboard bands and I worked my way literally straight down from that from top of shoe downward which ended up PERFECTLY. I just did the straight across design as I was challenged enough myself and figured if he wanted it different he can order more and have fun playing around with patterns. This wasn’t too hard and I found it a slight challenge but relaxing also. The directions on insert were helpful. I did use the Bobby pin only. Once you figure it out it’s really fairly easier than you expect and you CAN turn them around BEFORE you put other side in if it’s upside down. One side has “ridges” like a real shoelace other side is smooth. You have that option too. The ends can swivel too and don’t seem to “stick out” into the foot. Hope this helps a bit. I did this as a surprise for my husband as it’s his favourite shoes and has been tossed in closet as puppy destroyed laces and he never replaced them. He’ll be so surprised when he sees them! Rubber is super thick but nice easy stretch too. Impressed by quality and low odour also.

Was trying to use these on some Adidas high tops but I guess they're just not meant for the kind of shoe. Would work better on something like converse or regular sneakers probably, I had one of them snap on me and from there I just got too frustrated to bother as these definitely aren't the easiest to install.

I couldn't get this to fit my work sneakers at all so I return it. I even went on YouTube to figure it out and I couldn't get it to go in my work sneakers at all.

Maybe I’m super lazy, but these things are more comfortable, simple, and infinitely more accessible than standard laces. How are shoes not just coming with these installed?Picture is my favourite pair of Converse with a set of these laces, I’m a size 13. I can easily slip my shoes on and off all day, they fit perfectly, and I still get the stylish look of a strait laced Converse.Only downside is certain shoes can be really hard to install these on. Converse was super easy, but my wife’s sneakers had tiny pinholes for eyelets and we had to use a sewing needle to force the rubber lace through.
