If you are used to regular cotton socks these are much better and absorb moist very well.So if these were my first bamboo socks I’d give them a 5 star, but I’ve been using bamboo socks for the last 5 years so I’m comparing them to other bamboo socks.Sturdiness gets a 5 star, they are very sturdy and the elastic holds well after many washes. Shape also gets a 5 star, the shape fits perfectly my feet. Softness gets a 3 star, better than cotton but less soft that other bamboo socks I have.Overall a good product.

Update 2-18-2020I found a different brand here on Amazon and they are better for me. They fit better and were a little bit cheaper.I was surprised at how well they fit because they look on the small side. They do stretch fine and fit well, size 10.5-11 and I got the large. They stay on the calf as well as any athletic sock which for me means I have to pull them up sometimes. Really great job at keeping my feet dry and not nearly as hot as regular socks of which I've tried many. I will wear these year round, even in the cold Midwest winter.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. The fit is great and the feel is wonderful. Soft and will shrink some after washed inside out!! But the fit and feel is wonderful!!! He says they make his ankles even feel better, like a compression without the compression feel. They stretch right back out and he says they feel like a good hug to your feet and he won't let anyone touch his feet!!! My husband feet have a terrible odor and with these socks they don't!!! That alone is enough for me to keep coming back to bamboo socks!!! Maybe pricier but they are so worth it to me. He would complain about his feet and legs hurting and the smell alone made me complain and now for a good 3 weeks have not had a complaint and house smells bettee. That is a good feeling and some fresher air!!! Will be buying more for sure

These are perhaps the best socks I have purchased in years. The description on Amazon claimed they reduce foot perspiration which I simply did not believe; they actually do minimize perspiration. My foot perspiration when wearing shoes has been reduced by probably 80% including during exercise; it's amazing. The bottom of the sock has a slight cushion to it. This is something I would have never sought out but now I enjoy it; and it doesn't affect shoe fit. Some people may want a sock that goes up a little higher on the leg but their fine for me. I roll them down one fold when wearing running shoes to look like an ankle sock. I purchased 3 pair of the light gray and liked them so much I placed a second order for 3 pair of the dark gray; the colors are nice. By the way, this is my first time wearing bamboo socks but they are incredibly comfortable. I wear a size 10 (US) shoe so I purchased the large size and they're a perfect fit. Buy a pack and try them. It's the best test.

These felt too bulky in the foot for my size 8 1/2. Also, I was hoping for a sock that repelled lint, grass, hay, straw, etc. (horse barn). Quite the opposite, as anything that touches them, wants to stay put, even penetrating to the inside. I thought the bamboo material would help with this, but not at all, even worse than my normal cotton socks. Also, after one washing the fabric started loosening. I threw them all out after wearing twice.

I almost feel like I have no socks on. But since they are made with no cotton, only material that stretches, these socks are like putting on nylons/support hose. Alot of work.......Guess I'm still old school. I still like socks with cotton in them. Or, are at least not as tight as these are to put on.

Not good in cold weather

I I was looking for socks what are good at wicking moisture and keep my feet dry for which they seem to work however it's winter here now in Pennsylvania so that's yet to be seen. They seem to be well made and the material makes sense. There were some loose threads when I pull the socks off and they're inside out
