Belly Warmer Haramaki Thermal Underwear Top Cotton & Silk for Women Made in Japan

Very warm and comfortable for the winters and even other seasons if your stomach is sensitive. Check the materials because this blend is my favorite, with the silk added. I tried other ones with similar titles but different material blends and didn't find them as warm. Sometimes I forget I have this on because it's so lightweight, and realize only if I start to get too warm.

I saw haramaki as a suggestion to use if you have kidney issues, that it is important to keep the area warm and not get chilled. I thought it sounded comforting to use. I got mine because it started getting cool on my morning walks. I wear it directly against my skin. It is gentle but warm and keeps the chill of the morning off my skin. My arms and legs are cold on some recent walks, but not my midsection. I'm really glad I have my haramaki to keep me warm.
