Due to the whining fan, I'm not a fan
I was excited to get this; seemed like a perfect solution--a charger multitool, if you will. I cannot speak well to the multiple plug-in options as I only tried the USBs and it took longer than usual for my phone to recognize them and then the charging was slow. It's the wireless component that's not good. The little fan starts wheezing a high-pitched whine upon putting my phone on it and it's an amazingly annoying high-pitched sound. I'm confident that I've inadvertently driven off dogs in nearby zip codes due to that horrendous sound. I'll try to give it away and, barring that, will junk it. What a waste of big fitty bux! :o

Best docking station and wireless charger for Samsung DEX
This is my favorite docking station for Samsung DEX. Clever subtle design, fabric on top doesn't scratch my phone, the usb-c cable can be rolled up inside the docking station. Can be used as a wireless charger or as a docking when needed. Fan turns on automatically when needed keeping the device cool. Very satisfied, absolutely recommend it.The only 2 things I don't like:1) Comes without charger - box says to get at least a 60W charger (I had to buy one)2) The fan is rather noisy, i'ts not terrible, but annoying in a quiet environment (I plan to replace the built-in fan with a quiet one from an old laptop)

Worked really well for about 8 months
This was a pretty handy device for about 8 months, then the ports started dying, first the HDMI went loopy and started shifting the images off the screen only to wrap around on the other side of the monitor, then the Ethernet died. As of this point, the USB and wireless charging work okay but I don't have much hope for them lasting too much longer.Update: after about two weeks of no Ethernet functionality, I discovered the device is now unusually warm when plugged into the A/C power but not being used. As I have no thermometer handy I would guess the external temp to be that of moderately warm water, maybe 120+ degrees Fahrenheit. I have cut off the USB cable and tossed it in the trash rather than risk a failure that results in fire.

Do not waste money on this.
Do not waste money on this. Main purpose I wanted was additional USB's on my desk. Any device connected to it consistently disconnects and reconnects. I've tried several ways to hook this up to my computer as well as a couple laptops. All do the same and that's with only 1 USB device connected. The wireless charging sounds isn't obnoxious, but in a quite area I could definitely see where it could be annoying. The fan is actually louder than my computer if my computer is in everyday mode and it has 5 fans. It's just a humm though and I usually do not notice it.Looks wise it looks good on my desk....but I don't need a paperweight as there are no papers on my desk.

The charger that can’t do more than one thing at a time
I mean, I think the parts all exist on this product, but it’s certainly a case of “wow, the whole product is terrible”.The main problem I have with it is that you can’t simultaneous do things on the hub. For example, a simple thing I think most buyers would want to use this for is to charge your phone wireless over Qi while at the same time, charging another device (probably a laptop). That’s not doable with this. As soon as you plug your laptop in, the wireless charger stops. You can doubly verify this by the loud ass fan going on in the damn thing, lol. First time that little buzzy fan-that-could kicked on I just started laughing. What is this, 2005? The heat dissipation inside this thing must be miserable (in which case, I really don’t want to connect my much more expensive gear to it).All in all, certainly not a good product.

First impressions solid
First impressions are great! The hub is of a much better build quality than I originally expected and the fabric on top is a nice touch - of course it's not suede nor leather so it's nothing extravagant, but it's still better than anything I'd expect on a simple accessory like thisThe SD ports are nicely spaced out and don't "eat" the cards, the USB 3.0 & type C ports are great to have, and the USB type C connector conveniently allows for plugging into my smartphone with the OTG setting enabled. Haven't done any in-depth testing and I don't have any wireless-charging-compatible devices so I can't attest to any of the metrics thereTwo favourite features of mine are the cord wrapping neatly into its own base and the travel-friendly packaging it comes with. Would gladly recommend for anyone considering; am looking forward to future usage 😁👍

Decent hub with a few caveats
This is a decent USB-C hub. A few points that disappointed me. First, the usb-c cable is hard-wired to the hub, so the lifetime of the hub is limited to the lifetime of the cable. Second, the fan that runs when wireless charging is much louder than I thought it would be, to the point that I rarely use it. Third, it's a bit larger than I would have hoped. With those caveats in mind, I was hoping to use this a portable hub, but instead it's found itself to be permanently attached to my desktop for the reasons listed.

Great
First of all, when I opened that box I couldn't believe how small it is and how many ports it can handle. It fits great on my macbook pro-touchbar. Snug and looks great! I have been using it to transfer a lot of data from usb-c to usb 3.0 and this thing is fast. I'm pleased again with products from this company and would definetly recommend for it's size and capacity to handle workloads such as mine. I'm a photographer / video guy and speed is always important.
