I would not recommend buying this door bell.The camera quality itself is fine but it's ability to work as a door bell is not very good and If you do want a camera with a motion sensor there are much cheaper and better options than thisWhen the door bell is pressed it takes too long for the app to acknowledge anyone's there and quite often they will have left before you can even get the app up. Also if the door bell acknowledges motion it does it too slow so anyone passing or in the cameras view has already left. I have a very good internet connection and my router is very close to the camera so I do not believe this to be the issue.The other big issue I have with this doorbell is the way the app notifies you that someone is at door once the delay has passed. It treats the notification as media rather than an actual notification this means that you can't change the sound the app makes and if you want to turn it down you have to turn down all the media on your phone. Then if someone does ring the doorbell and you want to answer you have to turn the volume back up quickly to be able to hear them. I don't get why they wouldn't have treated a notification as a notification? Very odd.With the app as well it doesnt seem possible to delete your videos from inside which is odd too.Another thing to note it seems like a lot of the cameras in this price range and just this doorbell setup in a different box with the same app.Final thing I can think of is that customer service just stopped replying to me after one message. Also they are only during the night of your in the UK.Edit: another thing I just thought of, for some reason you have to give permission to share your location which seems a bit unnecessary.

Great device for the cost. Once set up it’s first rate and the customer support was outstanding.Two of my friends are getting one already after seeing it. No subscriptions to pay either.

This product delivers an excellent picture, and despite a couple of early problems that were swiiiftly dealt with by customer services, it is now working well.

The simple manual is riddled with typos and grammatical errors, but you should get the gist of how to set it up on your phones. A most annoying thing about the app is there is a 'trash can' button in the bottom right of the image tile in the accompanying ToSee app, which is far too easily pressed, and which effectively deletes the connected device from the app. To me that's a stupid place to put it, having deleted my device in the app on more than one occasion within two weeks of using it. Why could this not be placed in the settings page out of the way? The best feature is that the accompanying internal plug-in ringer has an integral PIR activated night led light is genius!At first it was fine and I was impressed with the quality and functionality for the price, but now only occasionally notifies me on my phone that someone is at the door. It's a great doorbell, but lacking on the video front! It's going back to Amazon!

I waited 3 weeks till write this review.Design wise I like this doorbell but rest is rubbish.Sensor wise if you set it on high it’s picks up every small movements and recording nothing so Battery Only last for one day.If you set it on medium and low, it pick s up movement so late that only start recording after person is long gone.Doorbell function also not that good.My WiFi router is placed next to front door and I can see WiFi signal is good on doorbell bell still When someone pressed the doorbell not every time I get notifications to my phone even when I get it was after few minutes by then the person ringing doorbell is gone.Live view was good for about three weeks now it doesn’t connecting to live view.No point having useless device so I have requested for return refund.Would not recommend this item.Second review 27/06/20Returned the device about 2 weeks ago but haven’t received refund yet.Contacted to seller and they are saying contact amazon customer service.I have been using amazon prime for many years and never had return refund problems before.Not happy at all 😡

The picture quality is good but the sound quality isnt the best, and the intercom whistles and crackles which is frustrating when trying to speak to delivery drivers ect as we have to repeat a lot. My camera makes a grunting noise like a pig every 8 seconds when I just look at it but I'm used to that now... The motion detection is slightly delayed by a few seconds but picks up everything it's good. Have had a couple of issues with the doorbell ringer that u plug inside the house but I'm getting a friend to look at it for me as I think IV done something to set it wrong lol... It's a good doorbell,good volume and sensors, and the picture quality is good, I would recommend but it is a bit technical so if u arnt then get someone who knows to help install it for you. I would recommend this item
