Quality product. Excellent taste and texture worked perfectly in my mushroom stuffing.

I prefer the Italian mix, but it only comes in 28 oz cans. This was the closest I could get in smaller size,and it's good. I still wish they and the Italian one would come in smaller cans. I just cannot use this much at one time, and mushrooms do not freeze well.

These are great to add to mushroom soup, etc BUT VALUE IS NOT THERE!! Also, 4 cans at $5 each arrived thrown into a box with no padding. All were dented.I needed them for a meal I had planned but would’ve returned for those horrible dents if I’d had that option.

Very pleased with the variety of mushrooms found in one can, and they are very flavorful. Texture is firm so they stay together when adding them to pasta sauce, stir fry, sautéed veggies and potatoes, or on steaks. Excellent buy, worth every penny

Product is good but was poorly packaged...one can was dented open and thus unusable...

This assortment of wild forest mushrooms from France is delicious. They work better in my wife's mushroom stroganoff recipe than fresh ones, and, being canned, it is easy to always have some on hand.Like other canned mushrooms, one will want to rinse them before using them.I used to get this same brand of mushrooms in glass jars at a local store. I was skeptical that these in a can might not taste as good as the same ones in a glass jar, but these in the can taste the same. The can is slightly larger than the jars were, and they cost about the same, so one gets more mushrooms for one's money.

These mushrooms are delicious. I use them when I run out of fresh mushrooms.My problem was I got 2 dented cans out of 6 cans. That's not good.
