Meat Stick Variety Pack by Country Archer, Antibiotic Free, Gluten Free, 21 Count

I've been looking for healthier snacks, but I crave meat sticks every so often, and wanted something better than Slim Jims or other greasy meat snacks. I also like lots of flavor, so I ordered the variety hoping that Country Archer would be my new go-to meat craving vendor.So far so good. I like both the flavors I got. Trouble is, that's all I got. A variety of TWO.The variety pack lists beef, pork, and turkey, but what I got was an entire bag full of Rosemary Turkey and Hatch Chile Turkey. "I wanna know what the beef is like," I thought, and stuck my hand in, pulled out a turkey. Go back in, another turkey. "So many turkeys," I thought. Then I actually looked at what I was handling. "Oh, it's ONLY turkey."They're good, though. I'll have to try buying the beef and pork on their own.

So far the flavors I have tried have been pretty good with the exception of the pineapple pork. That was definitely not my jam. I expected slight pineapple flavor not chunks of pineapple which definitely led to a bit of an unexpected texture. The hatch green chili and jalapeno ones were really good. I haven't gotten to a few others yet.

I like that this brand offered a multi pack of the different flavors, because as it turns out I really only cared for the original and might have ended up wasting my money buying a whole pack of one of the others. The roommate thinks the others are okay though, but nothing amazing. Of course this will be a personal preference for everyone. The quality is good though.

I was first introduced to Country Archer through Kroger's Wellness Your Way festival a few years ago and bought a ton at the event. Since then, have had trouble finding a variety of flavors in store. So, was excited to find this variety pack of snack sticks that includes a lot of the new low sugar options. Will definitely buy again!

The flavor of these meatsticks are excellent. The rosemary turkey tastes like a Thanksgiving turkey and the hatch green chile turkey has an excellent hatch chile taste while not being hot. The chorizo stick is also excellent. The quality of these meat sticks are superb and I love the minimal ingredient list!

We have been researching the jerky, meat sticks for kids for quite some time. It's hard to find different kinds to try and not paying big bucks for it. This variety pack is quite a good deal for people like us that is still searching "the stick".

I was only sent rosemary & hatch Turkey sticks, so I can only review those. I enjoyed both. I really enjoyed the hatch chilli for its flavor & slight spice. Good texture, don't feel too greasy or dry. Would order again.

BEWARE!: I only received 5 out of the seven flavors. Also I only received 20 sticks instead of the 21 I was supposed to get. I like all of the flavors. My favorite flavors are the chorizo and turkey rosemary.
