I tried a product like this a number of years ago and didn't like it. Something must have changed (me or it) because this time it works great for me, holds fabric tight and is easy to keep tight. It's a bit awkward getting the snaps on and off, but that may be operator error and will improve with practice. I'm certainly going to buy more sizes!!

All four clamps snapped by the third time I moved the my linen fabric. I have been cross stitching with qsnap brand frames for years, and while all clamps break eventually with use, those lasted years and are replaceable. Don't waste your money on this cheap imitation. Now I need to buy a qsnap in this size and delay my project. Save yourself the annoyance.

I'm new to cross stitching and had seen people recommend these types of frames rather than the usual embroidery hoops. While the idea is great, the execution is meh. It doesn't hold my Aida cloth tight for long. I'm having to constantly readjust which is really frustrating. I like having the bigger squared work space but wish the snap pieces were more snug.

Ok so I had to send this back. The concept is great but unfortunately the fabric will not stay it slides out really easily. Considering the purpose of this is to pull tight fabric for embroidery or cross stitch it fails completely in that attempt. I am considering getting another one and adding my own adhesive or slip tape to it and I think that might work great.

It came apart to easy. It seemed not to hold the fabric well. I went back to my hoop that I have full control of.

I am new to cross stitching, and this is so easy to use! It keeps the fabric in place beautifully! I may purchase the larger size later.

It was everything I wanted to hold my cross stitch piece. I can hold it effectively and easier to stitch my project.
