Yes, I travel with 2 HP laptops, each 16.5''and a thin Lenovo computer, 17'' in the case. I only carry one power cord for the HPs and the power cord for the Lenovo computer.

If you expand it as full as possible, you can probably get it around 17 x 13 x 11. Normally, however, it is 17 x 13 x 9.

Q: What size laptop can it handle? I ha an 18 inch

I have 2 - a sewing machine one. that my 17 1/2 in will not easily fit into.. I also have the traveling desk.. and I can get computer in but just barely.. My lap tops are in neoprene cases.. so it might be that a different kinda case would work better. I love these carts.. I travel with a mobile laptop lab and these are great.. the wheels are good, there are enough pockets.. just wish they were a inch longer... I would buy two more if they were..

Q: Can it roll easily down an airplace aisle?

I would say yes. I lug this thing back and forth to work as a mobile office between two offices and love it. It would fit down an airplane asile, but depending on how much you pack in, may be very heavy to lift up to the over head compartments.
