This product was a life saver for me. I sprained my wrist doing some household repairs, and was in excruciating pain. This compression sleeve held my wrist in place, and allowed it to heal properly. I noticed the difference after just one day of wearing it.

My work requires a lot of writing and typing. And in my down time, I'm playing with my phone. That does a lot of wear and tear on my wrist and thumb. This product is very helpful for my wrist pain an fatigue. I ordered a smaller size initially. Victoria immediately sent me the correct size. I use the nighttime with the splint to sleep in and this one during the day. It's taking me some time to get used to wearing something. But I notice a difference.Great customer service. Give it a try if you are looking for something to relieve the signs of arthritis.

Returned product. Zero compression felt on my wrist. You’ll get compression on your hand and your proximal forearm, but the wrist area felt like it had no compression at all.*Update 3/13/20: Despite the product not working for me personally, I was contacted by customer support in a timely manner. They offered me a refund and to replace the product with another product they think will be better suited for my needs. They replied to all emails promptly and put in the effort to make things right.Even if the product you purchase from this company does not work for you, it is definitely worth purchasing to try it out because they will do their best to help you and give you great customer service.

This item provides a nice amount of compression for night-time use to relieve my tendinitis. I would say the fit is true to size. It's a bit difficult to get off, but it's supposed to be, otherwise it wouldn't be tight enough. I was unsure of size, so I ordered the next size up also, and wear that over the smaller one for extra support. I do like the pink and grey combo since it's unique and a nice alternative to black, but it does show dirt more quickly. My only complaint is that it rubs in the thumb area.

I bought this item but it didn’t fit, small too small and medium too big. Great quality product though. The company reached out to me and to my surprise they sent me a different product as a replacement at their expense. It fits way better and is of better quality than this one. Thank you Dr. Arthritis you have exceed my expectations on customer service.

This is great for when you need added support but still have some range of motion for typing. It's comfortable and lightweight, which is great for warmer temps when you need to wear a brace for support for carpal tunnel or other.

I got both this and their smaller Velcro based sleeve - as a compression sleeve this is moderately supportive and surprisingly breathable. However, due to the supportive padding around the wrist it isn’t very tight. Basically if you need a lot of support I highly recommend their Velcro sleeve over this, but for mild symptoms this will be much better over the course of a long day. Unless you have very large hands - the thumb insert is just a little small

This brace was tight at the top of the arm, but buckled and was really loose on my hand. My wrist measured in the middle of a medium, so that is what I got. I needed support for my wrist and hand after a fall. This only provides wrist support. Buying a smaller size would have cut off circulation on my arm.
