Instant relief
As soon as I put these in my shoes I felt such relief from pain. I was able to walk again! I'm not sure if my foot has got worse or the insoles are losing structure though as after just over a month the relief is less palpable.

Good product, just not for me!
I really thought these insoles would be my dream product. I have slim ankles and my feet are both narrow and shallow, quite bony and I have very high arches. Having suffered from Metatarsalgia I thought these insoles would be absolutely perfect and in some ways they were, they supported my heel and arches and provided support for the ball of my foot, great, thats what they're supposed to do right? Yet the one thing I couldn't get my head around was my toes feeling so uncomfortable because of the 3/4 sole, they were basically on the base of my walking boots with no insole for any support or comfort. Yes, I did know they were 3/4 insoles but never thought the comfort of my toes would be an issue...sadly it was, so the insoles were returned. I'll probably try the full length version.

Works for me.
I have tried pads that go over your toes to with cushions to eleviate ball of foot pain. These seem to work by altering the way you distribute your weight across your feet. Much better for me anyhow.

Didn’t help
Didn’t really understand when I bought this insole that I wouldn’t be able to get my shoes onCould use with trainers if I ripped out the insoles but who pays £160 for trainers just to rip the insoles out???

Instant relief
These are excellent so much so I’m ordering another pair. I have had metatarsalgia for weeks now and every step was agony, like eating with a nail in my foot. These have really helped.

Not worth it for the price
Bought these for my daughter following a recommendation from podiatrist. They did a great job in that they saved her foot pain (under the ball of foot) however gave her very painful blisters in the arch. In short, solved a problem but created another. They are expensive so i was expecting better. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I returned them
They looked good quality but I sent them back as I made a mistake in ordering the 3/4. I ordered the full length one's and they are great solved my pain on the ball of my foot.
