Installed and working perfectly at a fraction of the cost of OEM battery pack. It took a while to find the instructions for opening the Crestron case and accessing the batteries on the internet, but once that was done, the replacement was very quick and easy. Crestron told me it required special tools and an "authorized technician" - nonsense. All that was needed was the instructions and a phillips head screw driver. I was quoted $600 to have the local authorized Crestron center replace the batteries. This cost me less than $25!
