Provides great cushion for the heel and support for the arch while exercising and long walks. Doesn’t alter the shoe size and very comfortable.

I have a bit of flat feet and these insoles are great. In most of the cases, they work directly in the shoe/boot/snicker without needing to remove the original insole, they just go on top. I use them mostly for the posture and comfort. I cannot comment on pain release since I do not need them for that.

These provide support for your feet without making your toe box feel too tight.

I was skeptical, found one pair of these in a discount store. They looked small, but I figured they were for 'support', and did not need to go all the way to the toe box. So glad I purchased them, and even happier that I found them on Amazon. My husbands feet are pretty messed up. At the end of everyday his feet were killing him. Put the initial pair I purchased into his shoes, and what a difference, he says at the end of the day, his feet no longer hurt him.For those reviewers that complain they are for kids, that they do not go all the way into the toe box, they don't need to, they are ARCH SUPPORT, not insoles.

Wow I have them in three pairs of my shoes and they are amazing. I was having a bit of metatarsalgia and these pretty much helped that go away. I wish I had ordered these sooner and they don’t slip around in my shoes. Great arch support and comfort period. Buy them and be relieved, they are worth the money.

Excellent quality and support. Good for those with plantar faciitis and low arch. Diabetics might also benefit from the additional comfort and cushioning. I forget they are in my shoes, which is a very high recommendation. Made in Taiwan quality.
