Unlike conventional weight-lifting, where you must increase the weight lifted, the Clubbell is swung. Swinging weight increases torque. Increasing torque increases force production. Conventional weight lifting is restricted to linear increases of force by adding weight. Clubbell training increases force exponentially: swinging them twice as fast produces four times the torque. Superior force production means superior strength conditioning in a fraction of the time and without the litany of injuries associated with conventional weight training. Traction pulls apart the joints, rather than compressing them, which is why you’re put in traction in order to mend: it increases connective tissue strength. Clubbell training is tri-planar: moving through the sagittal, coronal and frontal planes. By moving tri-planar, the Clubbell strengthens the fascial chains across the web in their full range of motion. This increases soft tissue elasticity rather than traumatizing it like one or two dimensional movements in conventional weight-lifting. Soft tissue elasticity diminishes as we age and is primarily responsible for most injuries for athletes and the aging: which is why these apparently disparate groups are the Clubbell's largest advocates. Moving in three dimension washing the joint capsules with nutrition and lubrication, breaks up adhesions, smoothes off boney profiles (abating osteoarthritis), and distracts the bones (abating osteoporosis). Conventional weight-lifting equipment cannot do this. But the Clubbell, with its protective outer coating and smooth profile, was specifically designed for swinging around the body. The Clubbell is truly a mere extension of the body.which is why you see such incredibly powerful abs, obliques and strong lower backs of Clubbell users. Furthermore, all exercises are full bodily intensive: creating incredibly powerful glutes, hams, quads and calves from the leg drive.

The Original Clubbell at work!
I've briefly used clubbells before (RMAX) from a friend. he's recommended them to me for a couple years now, but now just got into it; i've tried a couple of his and a couple makeshift ones. This is THE clubbell to get. Are they expensive? Yes. Pound for pound, they cost almost two-3 times as much as kettlebells, however, they offer workouts that KBs and straight dumbbells and barbells and bodyweight can not do. I dont expect miracles from the actual workout program, but the CB from RMAX and service so far has been awesome.Construction: the "bats" are well balanced, solid construction, and clean lines. They are as safe as any workout equipment available. if you want to get into the CB workouts, this is the product to get.

RMAX Clubbell program and product is great for mobility and strengthening; even for a 73 year old
First time I've used clubbell; RMAX programs are perfect for this 73 year old; Coach Sonnon is an awesome coach, although some find his explanations sometimes long and involved. But, if you want to really understand the WHY, plan on reading and listening to him.

The best Clubbell on the market
Just received the 5lb clubbell. Service was amazing. I was very impressed at the quality of the clubbell. The grip is really good even when my hands sweat. They rubber coated so it doesn’t damage my floors. The way the weight is distributed so well. These are the same clubbells that are used by Tacfit. I found that information regarding clubbells on the Tacfit website is so helpful. In short, this clubbell is far superior to any I have used in the past. I also bought the encyclopedia of clubbell training dvd and it is awesome.

I can tell you that 15lbs won't feel like 15lbs when you start moving
I've known Scott for years and was around when he was creating these. As a Clubbell instructor, I can tell you that 15lbs won't feel like 15lbs when you start moving.

Money Well Spent!
I purchased both a 15 and 25 pound clubbell. Overall I'm very impressed with the construction of the club. It stands easily on a flat surface, and the coating is nice. The grip is sharp enough to enable you to hold the club when sweating but not too sharp that it tears your hands up.I looked at several brands, both cheaper brands here on Amazon and other clubs elsewhere, but am glad I went with the RMAX brand. This brand came recommended by someone I follow on youtube and I wasn't disappointed when they arrived. I anticipate these lasting me for a very long time. With workout equipment, you get what you pay for. Its not worth saving yourself $10 and then kicking yourself because you wish you bought something of better quality, of which these fit the bill.
