Good looking, very well made, but quite expensive for what it does. There is an adjustment mechanism to control how far the door can open (up to 110 degrees), but there is no adjustment for how firmly the door is held in the fully open position. When fully open, the holder relies on a pair of interlocking metal clips to hold the door open. I expected a 'door holder' at this price would have a positive lock to hold the door open in windy conditions, or at least a way to adjust the hold.

Installed and functioning properly. The quality is evident in the fit and finish.Took me about 90 minutes so I could take my time to interpret the schematics and the limited directions. I really did not want to drill any extraneous holes in the door or jamb.The directions could use1. A couple of photos to show the product installed in open and closed position.2. I'm glad we bought this: We needed something to keep our front door from blowing open & hitting our light fixture. This looks good (it's so slender, you hardly notice it's there) & works great. I would have given it 5 stars, but an apparent flub in the directions led my extremely handy husband to drill a hole in the wrong place in our door that now has to be filled.

It works great. It keeps the door from being jerked against the side of the house. It looks very elegant and professional.

Very nice for our back door. We avoided having a door stop sticking up from the floor. Works great and easy to install. It has a small amount of noise. I will try to use some grease on it.

Product is high quality. Not the best instructions but it worked out great! Seller was amazing and very helpful, fast delivery.

This device prevents doors from blowing outward in a stiff wind. This is a great price. I paid $105 retail at a door store
