Efficient hollow-tip design
I like the hollow-tip design. It reduces the amount of material needlessly thrown out with tip change. Just be sure to tin the tip as soon as it heats up (especially on first use). I just wish they sold a four-pack of pencil tips!

A nice selection of tips to handle most home soldering projects. Compact kit that is easy to store and then find again which is very important when the user is a sometimes forgetful older gent!!I recommend them as a good product.

They didn't fit my solder station
These solder tips were listed with the solder station I bought and I naturally assumed they would fit the soldering iron. They don't, so if you're planning on buying something to go with your purchase don't assume that just because they are recommended that it will work with your item.
