My door handles came with the house and they are about 30 years old. They are one by one falling apart and this replacement matches so nice. The shine is just beautiful.

Ordered 1, it arrived broken. Asked for a replacement. Received 2nd and it was broken as well
I bought the first one and installed it. The handle pulls off. It does not lock into place. I initiated a return and requested a replacement. It arrived. I opened it and the screw post was broke off in the package. I am 0 for 2. I don't have time to order, wait, and return. My original handle spring broke and I am in need of a new one. Not to keep ordering broken product. I am returning the second one and now am going with a different brand.

Nice and great quality
Bought a few of them and very satisfied. Good quality, no sound when we lock/unlock and each comes with 3 keys which is amazing 👏🏼👏🏼🙏(Update: came back to buy more of this item several times and it says “currently unavailable” :( I hope it gets in stock soon again.)

Very low quality
