zipper failure fixed
Bought this in September and just got around to putting it up. Did the frame first and waited until I bought some rebar today to drive into the ground for each of the ten legs to fit over. Everything went well and the wind was low so I began the process of putting the cover over the frame. This too went well and I sandbagged the edges of the sides to keep it from becoming a kite if the wind gets up.Then I tried to close the doors on both ends. The zipper on one side of a door didn't have a stop at the top so the zipper just came off. Tried and tried to get the zipper back on track but finally gave up. Then tried to zip the other door closed and one zipper for the door would only go so far and stop. Tried repeatedly to get it to close but it just wouldn't budge.I live in a climate that warms up early so I intended to get an early start on growing my seedlings. That plan is out the door (literally) since the doors will not close on either end to keep the chill off.Very disappointing to have almost completed the process of setting this up without a hiccup, only to be stymied at the end.UPDATE: After contacting the company and explaining the problem with the order, they suggested the best way forward would be to replace the cover. I was impressed by the quick response and agreement to the obvious solution.Initially, I thought of only raising my review to 4 stars since the problem, though small, had great consequences in the performance of the product. And then, a night after contacting the company a front blew through with winds hitting 60 to 70 mph for a half an hour or more. I don't know if the two ends being partially open had anything to do with it but the structure was unchanged by the high winds. That told me that as long as a person takes the proper precautions, this is a viable structure for a moveable gardening area. So I gave it 5 stars instead even before receiving the cover now in transit.Assuming the new cover does the job, I will leave my review at 5 stars. Stuff happens as with my zipper malfunctions... it's how a seller reacts to bad stuff is what gives a buyer confidence in a purchase.

Needle nose pliers easily straightened them out
Two minor problems. 1. 2 spring locks for joining pipes were broken. A self tapping screw solved the problem. 2. Few of the tubes(metal framework) ends were dented. Needle nose pliers easily straightened them out. The set up was easy enough for one old man.(77)I have not used the greenhouse long enough to evaluate its durability. It does need tie downs when the wind blows. A door at both ends would have been nice for ventilation. It gets very hot inside during the day and needs to be ventilated. This is a good greenhouse for someone that has use for a temporary structure. I am hoping it will last at least three or four years. Time will tell.addendum: greenhouse zipper broke just before freeze time. The zippers need to be a lot more heavy duty. Needles to say everything froze. Next problem: The first light snow caved in the whole stucture. As of now I would not recommend this item forothers. Unless they understand its short comings.I had to roll up sides to get enough ventilation. Plants did extremely well untill a freeze. IF I can get the zipper replaced and repair the weak metal frame I will use it again it the spring and summer.ONE YEAR LATER: Anyone that buys this product will get what they deserve. Additional problem. Every bit of material for this product is of poor quality. About 60 per cent of the seams have torn or ripped thru the material. Mainly I can't say enough bad things about this product. I would recommend putting $$$ into a PVC homemade green house instead.

It is what I thought it would be (except the packaging)
Shipment:Reasonably quick. Ordered Sunday night. Delivered Tuesday afternoon.Packaging:Poor. The box is a little beat up. Looks more like a return box from other customer. So far, no damage to the parts.Material quality:Medium - low quality. It is what you should expect for stuff made in China at this price range.Overall:The snap-lock for the frame is a good idea. Putting it together is relatively easy. I did it alone for the 2 side support - then leave it aside. Then I ask my wife to help me set up the dome frame (without side support). Then we put the plastic cover and tie it to the frame (they have VELCRO sewn into the edges.). Then we tilt it one side at a time and connect the support to each side. All is done in 30 mins. After I move it to the spot where I need it to be, I drive wood stake quite deep in to the ground on the in side of each support frame. Then tie the frame to it tightly. This will make sure it wont be blown away on windy days. I put some concrete blocks along the perimeter insulation edge.My purpose for setting this greenhouse is to have it protect my KOI pond (Rubbermaid 300 GAL tank) from the leaves during falls and prepare it for the winter. When I was done setting this up, the temp was 42F with bright sunshine. After 30 mins, it was considerable warmer inside. In the afternoon, temp outside was up to 60F with light breeze (a perfect Saturday weather). I rolled up the side windows and temp inside was just a bit warmer. The zipper door is quite good (in the idea, not material quality) as it can be opened/close from inside and outside the tent.20x10x6 provides me the size I need and still have enough room to set a lawn chair to relax and enjoy my KOI's on the rainy or colder days. I plan to leave it through summer (will need to roll up all 4 sides and leave the dome protected). I expect it to last at least 2 years (more than that will be a plus). As for now, just a few days with it. I must say that this greenhouse meets my expectation.*** Update March 23 2014 ***We had several really cold days this year, due to the arctic vortex that also brought on several freezing days. So far this plastic greenhouse held up fine. It is spring now, so I need to reduce the amount of sunlight in order to reduce the heat inside. I bought a tarp (12' x 20') and placed it in side between the frame and the greenhouse plastic, it seems to work well. Time will tell. This week is most likely the last week where weather will be high 40. I plan to leave it in place for the summer but will roll up plastic on the side to let the air flow through, I need the shade to protect my KOI from full GA sun + birds + leaves etc.*** Update April 08 2014 ***Well, we had a few hot sunshine days end of March. Turned out, the tarp was not enough. It sure provided the much needed dark shade inside but not protecting the heat very well. The heat still radiate inside so much that my KOI spawned on April 3rd (a little too soon due to the warm inside temperature)!!! I had to put up new shade above the green house and roll up the side plastic cover from all sides for full ventilation. Now, it is just perfect for what I need.*** Updated March 28 2017 ***All good things come to an end. It lasted a lot longer than I thought. Eventually gave up to the elements, the plastic cover became brittle and just cracks. Well, I have 3 yrs out of it, for this price. It's a good buy (for what I need).
