Using these to replace the orig1inal map reading light in a 1987 Mercedes 300SDL (same application used in ALL W-126 vehicles, 1981-1991).The original halogen bulbs had a tendency to melt the plastic reflector shield in these cars. Halogens get hot. The LED doesn't get hot and delivers WAY more light than the original halogen,

Absolutely love these led light bulbs!!! Nice and bright and seem well built.Backstory: I’m building a motorized bicycle with a 26” beach cruiser frame. Ended up adding headlight tail light and turn signals. One problem I ran into was that the chrome turn signals came with crappy light bulbs (see pic) so I searched everywhere online to try to figure what kind of bulb they were and finally I found out it was a BA9S bulb type. Got these today and they are at least 50% brighter than the incandescent bulbs I had before and draw less power. Highly recommend if this is what your looking for!

Nice and bright.. I installed these on my '68 Plymouth Fury (dash lights). Now no more dim lights at idle at night, and made them turn blue instead of the green glow.

The bulbs are too long to fit in the instrument panel on a 1966 Mustang. The panel has blue plastic covers the bulb has to fit into for a 1895 bulb replacement

This LED works in an Audi A4 B6 and A4 B7, but it does not completely fit in both cars. The bulb does not turn all the way into the socket, but it can be turned enough to wedge it into place.

It was a very good price and easy to install.
