I tried this for the first time recently as a break from the big name brands. I liked the story of it being the creation of a family and the taste is worth the price. Honestly, I should only buy this. With the other brands you have to add milk for a creamy texture, but this one is perfect with hot water

*Update: I contacted the company directly and they were able to secure a refund from Amazon for me. They also were very sorry about my experience and assured me they were going to look into that specific batch for quality control. Very impressed with their quick response and the refund!*I have previously purchased this cocoa from a store before and loved it, but my package from Amazon tasted bland and like spoiled powdered milk. The package was not expired so not sure what happened with this batch. Unfortunately, unable to return on Amazon which is a waste of money!

We are a bit prejudiced, as this cocoa is made locally. Excellent quality and wonderfully delicious. We bought it through Amazon this particular time, because it was on sale. Try it!!! Highly recommend.

I've tried about a dozen different brands and this is by far the best. Just add water I use a little frother but it really isn't required as it dissolves very quickly, I add either a little milk or oat milk just to make it creamier but I tell you it's very filling and satisfying.
