It is sturdy and easy to assemble. My only problem is that if I take it outside, I have to disassemble it because my front and back doors are too narrow and also takes too much space inside the house. I am a petite senior and used to having long handmade hammocks from Yucatan, Mexico. which come with proper hardware to simply attach them to a wall. Unfortunately, that is not my case.I think it is a great buy for someone that has enough space. A nice feature is that it comes with a heavy duty carrying bag In case you want to use it elsewhere. The packaging threw us off as it said mini hammock. But customer service reassured us it was the right product. It took a few minutes of head scratching to figure out how to put it together. The directions are atrocious, but once you get the hang of it, it was very easy to assemble.

This hammock stand is sturdy. My only complaint is that one of the alignment holes was slightly off so I had to file it one one side to get it to line up.

I would have given 5 stars ,but at the four main joints the joints fit to loose and move , when you get in,and out of the hammock. Other wise it's pretty good .

This is a great hammock stand. I'm a 72yr. old woman and I put it together myself with no trouble at all. I decided to try sleeping in a hammock instead of a bed and it worked! Thanks for a well thought out piece of equiptment.

I purchased this for a beautiful hammock that I bought in Brazil, and it's a perfect fit. Sturdy and well made!
