MemoPolo Ankle Support Children's Corrective Orthopedic Sneaker

Compared to the Memo Polo 3BC, we didn't like these as much. The leather is stiffer and the sole is harder. This probably serves a purpose, but we didn't like it as much. This is still an amazing shoe with an amazing purpose. I've been a runner all my life, so being able to see what's going on with my kiddos foot by looking at the bottom is amazing! Physical Therapy recommended custom orthotics (but without insurance paying, it was too expensive). I know these seem pricey, but not compared to custom orthotics. Well done Memo! We also used these in conjunction with the gray inserts and have now moved to the orange inserts.

The quality and it looks cute. It just a perfect kids shoes velcro the way it's made and the colors. So my moderate special needs son have all the ankle support he needs to walk, it is wide all around so I got him a half size smaller thanks to all the reviews. It's is not too expensive but not cheap either so I gave away all his wrong for his foot shoes and kept one Memo shoes, one Stride Rite sensory sole leather boots/shoes, and one Stride Rite leather sandal.

Great shoes for my son with mobility challenges. Provides a nice stable ground and ankle support without being overly stiff like many other high tops. He wore them for two weeks and we noticed wear on the soles. We got the suggested insole as the directions indicated. Great alternative to SMOs for us as we moved to a remote area where it is difficult to find someone that can properly fit the SureSteps he use to wear.

Great quality, definitely corrects the foot positioning. This shoe will accommodate AFOs. Shipping was very fast.

The shoe seems great but it was more gray than purple like the picture. Still going to keep it.

We just love these. As a runner myself, I love being able to look at the sole of my child's shoe to see what we need to change to help him. Physical Therapy recommended custom orthotics. While this is clearly the right option, it was too expensive (insurance wouldn't cover any of it). Therefore, this is an amazing alternative. I know it's pricey compared to other kiddo shoes, but only a fraction of custom orthotics. The leather is soft and the sole is soft. You will get indicators very quickly with these soles. They are super rugged even for the most active toddler. Well done Memo!
