Great Value / Warm When It's Cold, Breathes When It's Hot
When I first bought this jacket for e-biking on my 1990s mountain bike with an electric kit, I felt like it was overkill-- I knew it would be on the heavy side, and I felt kind of pretentious wearing a motorcycle jacket on a bike that had pedals! However, I am on blood thinners, and an internal bruise could be a life threatening event for me. I figured if people thought I was a dork trying to look like a character from The Expanse, I could suck it up, I really don't want to get injured. The fit was quite good-- not perfect, but well above average. I am 6'2" and usually a 38 long, but I weigh only 150 pounds so the "small" size was perfect, though I did use the straps on the waist and sleeves to make the jacket more aerodynamic. The pads are well placed for me, and don't interfere with movement. Another plus was how well it handled the variations in temperature here-- when I start a ride, it might be 70+ degrees, and sure, I'd sweat a bit with the liner while ascending 1,000 feet, but I'd open the vents and I'd leave the jacket mostly unzipped in front, because I wasn't concerned about wind resistance when I was going so slow anyway. On the back side of the hill, there's no direct sun exposure and much more wind-- sometimes in the low 50s or high 40s for my return-- and I'm not pedaling as hard, so it feels much colder. Zip up the jacket and the vents, and I've never felt cold enough to be uncomfortable. Nice not to have to bring a backpack with a sweater.I don't know why other reviewers complain about the zippers-- yeah, you should be careful with them, but that's true of just about any jacket, I've seen far worse. Never had a serious snag, liner comes out and goes back in easily enough-- it's a little tricky getting the sleeves reattached on the inside, but it's a great design to keep the sleeve liners from riding up to your elbows when you take the jacket off, so worth the extra fiddling with the loop and button at the end of each sleeve. It is a bit hard to find the zippers for the pockets with gloves on-- bigger zipper tabs would be a very good improvement.Visibility is very good with the reflective stripes in the design. The shape of the collar is a bit odd-- the diameter is a bit larger than I'd like-- but it does seem to keep the wind out, and it looks fine, just not something I've seen before. Many pockets and well placed, side pockets are big enough for glasses, interior pockets in liner big enough for a cell phone, and I can carry a small flashlight, mobile phone, and Leatherman multi-tool, and still have room for glasses. I've had it several months now, I ride four or five times a week, and still no fraying or loose threads.I now know how to use the motor more effectively and efficiently, and I'm cornering much harder and hitting speeds north of 30 MPH, so I don't feel silly anymore wearing a padded jacket-- in fact, I'd kind of feel silly without it! Great for wearing on the dog walk or in dodgy neighborhoods... it does look a bit intimidating, it would offer some protection if I had to fend off a punch, and I really don't mind that a bit.I'm sure there are more sturdy or stylish jackets out there-- but also sure they'd be far more expensive. For $40 before tax, this was a great deal.

Good bang for your buck. Hopefully the zippers last
I am a new rider, wanted something more than my Carhartt and didn't want to spend a fortune. I am 6'5 and 245 lb. I normally buy 2xl jackets to accommodate my size but fit well in an XL Tall size if it's available. I bought a 3xl as the description mentioned ordering a size up. It fits perfectly over my Carhartt bibs with two top layers. It's not true Cordura fabric but is labeled "Asian Cordura." Definitely made with a tough fabric. Plenty of adjustments. The zippers are small and definitely not manageable with gloves. It's late December in Ohio>I rode about 60 miles in the jacket. In the morning it was high 40s with intermittent sprinkles. Definitely kept me warm and dry. Comfortable at speed. As the day warmed near 60, I was warm as well. I opened the two front, one rear vent and let air go up the sleeves. Air circulated well under the liner and took the edge off. I definitely see this as a 3 season jacket as I'll probably need a mesh jacket for summer. I probably could have rode without the liner in the afternoon. I don't think this jacket will breathe at all when it gets muggy and damp; definitely a winter jacket if you live in FLA or Texas. Definitely a good jacket. If you are used to top of the line gear, this jacket definitely isn't for you.

Great jacket but a little short.
I love the jacket itself. Looks great. Pretty comfortable. Cheap. Which is noticeable but it’s not a dealbreaker. There are some stitchings that just aren’t super strong but nothing that I’m worried about. The jacket length is much shorter than I was hoping for. Just about reaches my waist and feels like it sits a little high.. I’m also a very thin guy, 135 lbs and 5’10-11 so it’s quite “baggy” on me but the adjustment straps kinda help with that. I give the jacket a 8/10 just very disappointed with the length.

Good quality, great value, runs small/short (3XL)
This is an incomplete review, as I did not get a chance to ride with the jacket as it needed to be returned. I'm 5'10", 290lbs, and typically comfortably where a 2XL-3XL size tee shirt. The 3XL jacket was very snug across the stomach, and fairly short. Amazon makes returns a piece of cake, so I've got a 4XL coming, and hope to have more complete review of that in the coming weeks. Lesson being - if you're in doubt on size, go big. * * * Update * * * I reordered the jacket in a 4XL size. This was the size I needed, it fits well, and is sufficiently long enough for my long back. The jacket is quite warm, I was comfortable at 55* with no fairing at 70mph, and by the time it was 70* degrees out I was thinking about pulling the inner liner out. I was able to manage temps by opening the vents to get some airflow. That's perfect to me - it will be warm enough when it's cool, and not overbearing when it's hot (with the liner out). The quality seems incredible for the price point, making this jacket an excellent value. I'm sure there are nicer jackets out there, but at 3-5x the cost. The collar closes up nicely, as do the sleeves and waist. I could go for bigger pockets for the size of the huge modern cellphones, but overall no real complaints. For something I full expect to be "in the dirt" with at times, this is exactly what I was looking for.

Motorcycle jacket
Very nice jacket with great material. Has the padding support and shoulders and elbows and back. Has adjustable EPS on the upper arms around the forearm and also around the wrist. Adjustable strap at waist line to make a great fit. Very nice to have the rem, removable inside part so that you can ride and comfort on very hot days. Has reflective stripes on front back and shoulder area, which is very nice. The only thing that I can see wrong is that the arms are a little bit long for me, but yeah, I’m sure that they can be adjusted up , when writing your motorcycle

Surprisingly nice at this price!
Just received it and already love it! Looks great warmer than I thought it would be. Also air vents for warmer weather which I haven't tried yet. I'm 6' 1" and weigh 200 lbs. I purchased XXL and it fits very nicely. Highly recommended. I recently tried this in a medium rainfall and I don't recommend this for wet weather. Still highly recommended for drier rides.

Great jacket XL
Really happy with the quality and fit. I ordered a 2XL first since others were saying it was a snug fit, but returned it in favor of the XL I normally wear. My error. Very happy with the result.
