Total life changer! - getting a good sleep, having my brain work & my temperature reasonably normal.
This Black Cohosh along with a multi like the One A Day Adult Gummies (of all things) seems to have something in it that makes it work. I think it may be the Choline and Inositol but I'm not sure. I tried the black cohosh alone and it didn't work very well and different and much healthier multi vitamins and it didn't work... but these two, it's a game changer. Hot flashes—get this!!
Love this product. Helps so much with hot flashes. The only thing I wish is that the company would reduce waist of their bottles and put 60 or 120 in a single bottle. I buy three at a time and pour them into one bottle and I still have room. Just seems like a waste.

For PCOS & TTC too
If you have PCOS like I do, you know that ovarian stimulants can make symptoms worse. I use this on cd2-12, and it helps stimulate ovulation without raising my testosterone or other side effects. Came back to order a second bottle and had to leave a review. It lowers testosterone, restores FSH:LH ratio, improves endometrial lining, and increases luteal phase progesterone. Talk about multiple benefits!I would recommend this to anyone with PCOS trying to conceive, cd2-12. Its wonderful stuff.

Pretty good!
After about 10 days, I have noticed a decrease in the severity of my hot flashes and the number per dayUPDATE- I have now finished the bottle and my hot flashes have all but DISAPPEARED! If I skip a day, nothing happens. If I miss two consecutive doses, I will have mild hot flashes. Rest assure, I no longer miss 2 doses! I ordered my second bottle and one for a friend! I will continue to use!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Does help with hot flashes
It doesn't get rid of them but when I go off it I can tell. I started taking it at bedtime and it seems to help me sleep better.

Can't live without it!
Love the fact that only one tablet a day is required. One bottle is a month's supply. I take this in conjunction with Menopautonic Etc 60 Softgel and 99% of the horrible symptoms I was experiencing have disappeared.
