Bad on so many levels
The media could not be loaded. I have taken hundreds of thousands of amazing pictures in the last decades with any thing from a mobile phone camera (the first pic in the garden with all the summer vegetation) to proper photo cameras for fashion/close ups/architecture/etc and this was my first attempt to buy a telephoto lens to take close up pics/videos of the wildlife in the garden.I spoke first with the seller, advising me to buy this telephoto lens (we got disconnected because he took another call) and called back while I was spoken as if he tried to get rid of me in a typical Chinese way - not good.I made the modifications as needed (manual mode for the Canon EOS M50, release the w/o lens in the camera to enable, set the shutter lock to 'no lens', lower the shutter speed to around 50, increase the ISO to 800 etc besides using tripods as I never trust my hands when I try to achieve 'perfection) - all in vain for both my Canon camera as well as using this Vivitar on the Nikon (for which I purchased a mount adaptor from another seller here).I tried taking pics with the double lens (first 2 pics which show the birds closer) and without the double lens (hence the birds appear near the feeders a bit further away or smaller). Taking pics of the squirrel with the Nikon lens produced this very dark colour, despite being lighter on the Nikon screen. The video of the birds was taken with the Canon. As other people mentioned, this Vivitar lens produced:1. No stabilisation, more visible with the video, especially when moving up and down - a good lens would not produce this. I would have liked to focus on the eyes and colours of these 'little buggers' or film them when they bathe!!! That would have been properly difficult2. Difficult to take clear pics, you need to move further away or closer to focus - I was inside the house, some 10 metres away and kept moving my chair I was sitting on further/closer together with the tripod the cameras were mounted on. This should not have been the case simply to focus on the subject - imagine all those photographers doing that in stadiums/nature/etc3. Whether with the double lens or without (you receive the adapter for your Canon camera, double lens and the photolens in the pack) the process was repetitive and everything came out rather blurry - these are the 'best' pics and videos I could take!!!!Amazon prime makes it easy for me to return items, yet I am annoyed to have wasted so many hours this past weekend on something which is destined to fail: maybe the initial Vivitar lenses were OK hence the good reviews but I encountered lots of 'made in China' items that dropped the standards yet sellers still sell these items in the name of the profit.

It does what it says but still hard to use
I read reviews from other listings of the same product and I knew it was a manual lens but I guess I didn't fully grasp that concept. The zoom is fixed, the only thing you can change, besides adding the extender, is the focus. So if you want to zoom in or out you have to physically move the camera closer or further away. So I can see this maybe being useful for landscape photography where nothing moves, but I was hoping to use it for wildlife photography and that's almost impossible. Also a tripod is a must as there is no way you can hold it steady enough while zoomed in. Even just clicking the button while on a tripod made it move a little and affected the shot.So the listing is deceptive or anything, it's just not a very useful produce, and it takes up a good amount of real estate in your camera bag.

It simply won't work with Canon EOS M6 Mark II
I contacted technical support, they are very friendly, but still won't get it to work. The lens require "mechanical shutter" , but my camera only support "electronic shutter". They advised me to return the product at the end.

Scratch TWICE
Had a slight scratch on the lens that shows on light, returned it, and had the same issue with the new one that was sent.
